    I don’t know if it was just me, but I found this process difficult. I read much of the accompanying information and felt as if I was going round in circles. I ended up just sending my comments by email. I hope that is adequate.

    Please check with EDDC, Janice, and kindly let SOS know the response. You are not alone in finding the process confusing.
    People without a computer seem particularly distanced from this public consultation, as many have told us.
