If I might be allowed to precis – the inspector said that the witnesses against EDDC were all credible and honest, but the witnesses for EDDC (employees of EDDC) were not. Hmm! Says it all really, doesn’t it.
I also particularly liked the bit which said “It means that the Objector’s use of parts of “the Knowle” for car parking purposes or even as offices may well have been strictly unlawful” . The objector is of course EDDC.
