Another  controversial planning application, with huge local opposition, will again mean a fiery debate tonight, this time in Newton Poppleford (8pm in the Village Hall) . All  those concerned with the rapid erosion of East Devon’s Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are urged to attend, to witness the process of how and why this is happening.
