Photographic documents in Knowle Planning Application are not meant to be accurate, confirms Development Manager

EDDC  says that according to the latest Government guidelines, indicative drawings on planning applications are no longer necessary.  You would therefore expect inaccuracies, as in the examples shown here.

  1. With no 5 year land supply, why bother with documents or a development management committee meeting anyway?

  2. Which raises a question. Did EDDC know about the likelihood of the 5 year land supply problem being a material consideration in their planning application and if so, when?
