New consultation for Sidford Business Park plans. DEADLINE FOR YOUR COMMENTS is FRIDAY 16th SEPTEMBER 2016.

Additional information has been submitted by the applicants, Fords of Sidmouth. Comments on the additional documents must be sent in by 16th September 2016.
The extra twelve documents, dated 19/08/2016, can now be viewed on the eddc.gov.uk website, under Planning, reference 16/0669/MOUT – Land Adjacent To Two Bridges Two Bridges Road Sidford .

Ford’s planning application has had to be put out to consultation again, after overwhelmingly adverse comment from consultees and individuals signalling major issues of flood risk and of dangerous access roads, and impact on the landscape. In particular, consultee Natural England asked for more detailed documents of what is proposed for the very sensitive site.
