Readers may have missed the two small items on p56 of Sidmouth Herald on Fri Jan 30th 2015, amongst the Legal and Public notices.
The first concerns Disposal of Open Space; the second, Appropriation of Open Space. Both items refer to Land at Knowle, Sidmouth, EX10 8HL. The area is approx. 1.92 hectares of land of which 6030.35sq.m. is considered to be open space adjacent to the Council office buildings.

Plans can be inspected at EDDC offices at Knowle, during office hours.

Comments must be made IN WRITING to the Legal Department, East Devon District Council, Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth EX10 8HL (quoting ref: OFF.1-0014/HGL) by NO LATER THAN 20TH FEBRUARY 2015.
