Has anyone asked who owns the Skypark land, or how they would go about getting planning permission, or is it all a done deal because the EDDC can grant all these things even if they could not get their own Knowle development plan planning permission. Surely EDDC would have to ask the Plannig Inspectorate to act since they have an obvious conflict of interest?
