A Freedom of Information (FOI) request has now led to the Information Commissioner obliging East Devon District Council to release previously withheld documents, which should have been in the public domain. The Information Commissioner’s Office says that they expect EDDC to improve their unsatisfactory method of dealing with FOI requests.
