Is the Council able to confirm please the number of members of the Development Management Committee such as Councillor Ben Ingham who have been advised not to take part in the Committee meeting on Friday because of a perceived interest in the application for the Knowle?

Does that number include the Council’s Heritage Champion who one would expect to speak and vote in favour of retaining the Knowle?

And, does the Chair of the Development Management Committee agree with me that if over a third, say, of the Committee are disqualified, the public interest would be better served by allowing the Secretary of State to determine the application?
