An important standpoint is taken by Cllr Stuart Hughes, in his response to RIP Areas 0f Outstanding Natural Beauty  19 Feb at  http://sidmouthindependentnews.wordpress.com .

His views on Sidford Fields, and on the Alexandria Road Industrial Estate, are made very clear.

    Oh yes, Cllr Stuart ” we-plan-anywhere-youtubeclip” Hughes, who incidentally does not answer critical issues of transport from his DCC constituents… Hmmm, listening indeed.
