Public may have questions for the Standards Committee (10am, Tues 18 June, Knowle)

New Government guidelines for Councillor probity, especially regarding Planning, will be on the agenda. They were perhaps prompted by the Telegraph headlines of 11th March 2013, ‘Councillors for Hire’

Are they too late for the damage done to EDDC’s reputation? Has EDDC in any way brought itself into disrepute?

Reducing the costs of Freedom of Information Requests

The  number of Freedom of Information requests received by EDDC has apparently become  burdensome.
