‘Motion of no confidence lodged against district council leader’, reports today’s Sidmouth Herald

Save Our Sidmouth has had cause to criticise EDDC Leadership on many counts, as archived in various categories on this website. Readers of this blog will therefore be interested to know that Paul Diviani’s fitness as EDDC Leader is being called into question (see page 3 of  the Sidmouth Herald, Friday 1st Sep 2017).

This serious issue will be debated in the Council Chamber, Knowle, at an Extra Ordinary Council meeting on Wednesday 13th September, starting at 6pm.  (Note: a second Extra Ordinary Meeting, concerning Exmouth, is scheduled for 7pm the same evening)

The precise Motion, and rules for Public Speaking, can be viewed here: http://eastdevon.gov.uk/media/2195114/130917-extra-ordinary-council-agenda-vote-of-no-confidence-motion.pdf
