Time is ticking away for Knowle. Date for DMC decision is now set for 1st March 2013.
The latest revised plans have just been published. Additional documents have been included. They are:
- A revised Economic Impact Assessment Report
- Bat Mitigation Requirement to Inform Design Report
- Summer, Autumn and Winter Bat Remote Detector Surveys
- Extract of Market Assessment Report and Valuation
These reports are available to view through the Council’s website at www.eastdevon.gov.uk/publicaccess/ and at the Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth or Sidmouth Town Council Offices between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
Please note that the DEADLINE FOR YOUR COMMENTS ON THE REPORTS IS FRIDAY 1st FEBRUARY…just over two weeks to have your say.
