Viability Assessment
Relocation Manager Steve Pratten’s report on the financial viability of the proposed
relocation is due after DMC, and it is provisionally anticipated that a full report on the
proposal, including the business case and Equality Impact Assessment will be
available for Cabinet on Wednesday 3 April and Full Council on Wednesday 22
May. These dates are provisional and subject to change.

Councillor Andrew Moulding is the Devonshire Association’s guest speaker at its AGM tomorrow. Meeting starts at 2,30pm, at Kennaway House, Coburg Rd, Sidmouth (by bus stop at the three-cornered plot) .
