The comment submitted by Vision Group for Sidmouth (VgS) gives several specific contraventions of East Devon’s adopted Local Plan, in Pegasus Life’s plans for Knowle.

Knowle Drive after Pegasus Life plans….a question of perspective
Comparing size of parked cars in relation to new buildings proposed, gives an idea of scale. The first picture below shows an approximation of scale, based on measurements provided in the planning application, and using the real street scene in Knowle Drive.
It is very different in the artist’s impression (labelled 3, below), submitted by Pegasus Life.
