The new Charter to save the countryside from developers, only just announced by the Campaign for Rural England, is already gaining momentum. The EDDC website states that it is necessary to pre-register with Democratic Services by 5pm on Monday 15 July and provide, on no more than a single side of A4, the detail or a summary of the representation you wish to make and Chapter(s) of the Local Plan to which it relates.
