Black Wednesday for the Countryside looms, as NPPF regulations come into force on 27 March.

The East Devon Alliance marchers at Feniton last weekend, called for the NPPF to be delayed until unprepared Local Authorities, including EDDC, have a 5-year Land Supply Plan approved.
